He is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience with many leading hospital and healthcare institutions in India and UAE. He has hands on experience preparation of Various Hospital Audit Processes such as Joint Commission International (JCIA), Health Authorities across UAE (DOH/DHA/MOH), Tasneef, Federal Authority of Nuclear Regulations (FANR), JAWDA, OSHAD, ADHICS etc.
Abrar has gained exposure in developing and implementing various policies with expertise in enhancing Operational / Administrative effectiveness, process improvements, resource allocation, costing, procurement, hospital utilization and meeting operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.
