Our Case Studies
Case 1: Campus Clinic in Private University
Our client, a top-5 in rankings University in Dubai, has engaged our services to take over the management and operation of its DHA licensed on-campus clinic.
Their challenges: the clinic was managed by in-house Registered Nurse that was off on maternity leave in a period where a series of inspections were planned. Additionally, they were engaging multiple external medical providers in order to complete the scope of services that were found to be costly on any adhoc request.
Our solution: We designed a complete project hand-over solution highlighting the non-conformities and our methodology to address and correct them. Our solution was turnkey with a single service provider covering all roles.
Outcome: All inspections passed with zero non-conformity remarks. The campus clinic increased the volume of supported students by 45% within 3-months from implementation while the total cost to the institution was reduced by 23%.
Case 2: Network of Public Schools in UAE

Case 3: First-aid Room in Private University
Our client is a reputable international academic institution with new presence within Dubai. Their campus is a start-up, predominately guided by the international HQ, and small population size to justify a licensed on-campus clinic.
Their challenges: Lack of availability of local H&S resources to coordinate the initiative, gap of expectations between KHDA and the International HQ of the Institution, a tight budget.
Our solution: We proposed a turnkey solution that was including all communication and coordination of local authorities and international stakeholders. We designed, budgeted and executed a solution compliant with the local requirements while satisfying budgetary and other constraints.
Outcomes: The Institution received a high degree of acceptance of the students, faculty and staff while our work on the first-aid room laid a foundation for an implementation of licensed clinic (when the institution exceeded 15,000 population on campus) thereafter with a cost close to that of the first-aid post, materializing significant savings.
Case 4: Vaccination campaign in University
Our client is one of the largest education institutions in the country. In a post-covid world their team was had aim to stimulate awareness on vaccinations for the seasonal flu in an effort to protect the population of lack of natural immunity after 2.5 years of covid restrictions.
Their challenges: The population of the institution is wide while the residence of students and faculty quite diverse across Dubai. The aim was to immunize the population fast and efficient while meeting KPIs on the success of the initiative.
Our solution: We created a vaccination awareness strategy with the involvement of our clinical team and subject-matter-experts in epidemiology. Along with our awareness strategy we setup a vaccination center within the institution for the convenience of the entire population providing the easiest possible access to the target audience. We didn’t do it alone, we addressed our strategy to the respective local authorities and run it together.
Outcomes: Not only our message was heard by the targeted audience but the acceptance rate and participation in the vaccination campaign surpassed any expectation while the Institution had specific immunity statistics to refer to.
